Struggling To Maintain My Blog.
I apologize for not maintaining this blog like I started. To be honest, I'm a bit disappointed in the lack of interest in this blog. I have another blog that has become very popular, and I'm very happy about that. However, I would prefer to write about changing the world as women of color rather than cute boy celebrities. What a dilemma! Any ideas?

LaShawn, I also wish to encourage you. I know it can be tough. However, if you love it and are moved by it, do it. The key too is to blog early and often and link your entries to thing that are current in nature.
Try visiting google.com/trends to see what people are interested in right now. This will help drive traffic, especially since you have an RSS feed.

Hello, I have not been here for a while. There was a point where I lost interest in blogging too. I was very active at first but then I had to slow down due to a busy schedule. But when I see that there are online friends who still visit my blog, it makes me want to start being active again. I encourage you to continue posting a few times a week if you really have a busy schedule. I have linked exchange with you before. Don't worry about "popularity." Stay true to you and who you are "becoming." Write about what you know best. Write because you love to write.
All writers go through the process of "finding our own, unique voices." Difficult? Most definitely! Impossible? Not!
Matters not what happens next. Don't quit. Don't give up.

Girl, I just stopped by to encourage you to keep on keeping on! I've often felt the same way about blogging. But then everytime I felt like quitting, my subscriber #'s would go up and that made me stay in the game. Besides, I honestly think I love my blog more than anyone else so if no one else reads it, it would still be ok. lol! Do it for the love of it!
Don't worry about popularity. Just update when you can.
